Our mezcals mature in glass rather than wood because we prefer the silkiness of the spirit that results. It’s the Eléctrico way, and we believe it’s the best way. 

Nose: The vivacity of our classic Espadín evolves through time into a soft and spicy, autumnal fruitfulness.

Palate: An enveloping cornucopia of ripened fruits, hay, mulled spices, and a lingering glow.
